I was about to give a bad review because it was not working when I installed it. I tried to connect to my company laptop, but it was only about upto 5mbps even if I selected plan of 200mbps. I was frustrated and cursing this plan. But when I connected with excitel customer service they suggested me to talk to my company, and it was company issue related to VPN. Now it's working fine 😍🥰 after that excitel sent a staff to check the issue in home also. Totally it's worth purchasing it. Thank you

This is the worst network, their service is so bad that it has been 5 days but my internet is not working properly. When I call customer care, no one talks to me properly, they just say wait for the last 5 days. Even after all this, when I asked for my refund, they refused saying neither internet nor refund. He is very useless, he doesn't do any work properly. My request to everyone is that no one should get the net of this company installed, get it installed locally but do not get Excitel install

Extremely poor experience with Excitel. The connection disconnects 2–4 times monthly, and technicians take days to respond. My recent connection-shift request remains unresolved after 10 days, forcing me to rely on mobile data and spend extra on recharges. Customer care only repeats that the issue has been escalated, with no resolution. Despite paying for an annual plan, I was told refunds aren’t possible. Avoid the annual plan. Consider a monthly plan or alternatives like Myofiber or Airtel.
