What happened? I've had this app for almost a year but after buying a new cell and re-downloading it, all I see is a blank white screen. I can't even access the log in page. I'm having to call the 1 800 number to check my balance and make payments..this is very inconvenient, please fix it.

Not enough info No way to pull actual current bill. No way to see billing/usage history. Doesn't show current rate, just gives name of current plan, but no details. Absolutely useless! Same for the mobile website.

Won't log in I updated the app cause it didn't allow for a 2019 expiration date on cards now I can't even log in I tried for two hours it just says loading I liked the app before but this is just ridiculous. Please get this fixed asap.
