Expensive but worth it. I do live the fact that you can check in when you are traveling in dicey areas. Give the authorities a place to start searching, this is one app you hope you will never really need but will be happy you have it when the need arises.

Won't install, and have tried all troubleshooting steps. Just purchased family membership and your app won't install. All other apps work fine. Doesn't instill confidence in your service.

Unless you have a current membership, you can't even log into the app. I am a global rescue customer, but I only buy temporary packages when I'm traveling. It's ridiculous that you can't even log in and set up the app. They ought to let you at least login, but limit functionality based on your current membership levels.
