Absolutely horrible insurance. Blue Cross Blue Sheild should really rethink their contract with High mark because it is reflecting very poorly on them. Just to visit a doctor has taken almost two weeks. Instead of covering a prescription they offered me a coupon. They will blame the doctor's office, the pharmacy, even you, the policyholder before they will even try to be helpful (they are never actually helpful, but they do say they are sorry an awful lot).

*Update*- monthly statements for those that have an attached HSA account cant download the document on mobile. Fantastic. *Update*- The log in process has actually managed to get worse. They take you out of the app to a web log in and then try redirecting back to the app upon authentication. Shockingly, it doesn't work and tells you to contact the administrator. The level of incompetence is stunning, even for an insurance company.

UPDATE - I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CALL YOUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM ABOUT THIS. 😡😡😡😡😡 This app allows for biometric sign in but AT LEAST once a week I get a "biometric login has expired" error. This is a PIA... 😑
