Won't connect to my new Lux air Cosmic Stratus Update - After talking to Lux air, who told me to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it now works. I did have to clear the app data and cache manually. It now works very well, so thanks Lux air for your help.

The app looks quite nice, and I'm sure it would be helpful, however I cant get it to connect to our cooker hood (lux air cosmic Stratus).

Works much better than the remote once you get it connect. The range is very short though, have to keep holding the phone up next to the hood to get it to connect. We followed the instructions printed on the back of the remote, which gave the passcode that you should enter the app.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
