So initially I was under the impression my items had been stolen. This was because all my clothes were gone from the locker, and the app kept showing my clothes had not been picked up. Almost two weeks later I finally start harassing tide about this. They had my clothes just sitting around for over a week, having lost who's they being, even though I followed the instructions on how to prepare them. Absolutely terrible service and will never use them again.

App has been down for days. I put my clothes in a locker and I cannot get any response from customer service as to the status of the clothes, whether they are secure, etc., after multiple requests. Incredibly frustrating mismanagement of a great idea.
