Very useful app to interact with the hospital. Pay bills, book appointments, check medical history and other helpful health information. Pity that every time there's an update, you have to insert your login data.

This is most infuriatingly slow app. EACH click on interface element calls this stupid rotating logo, and it shows sometime for minute or two. You might think it is loading a 3D game level all this time, but no, it was only loading list of insurance companies. Why this app loads everything from the slowest server on earth? Why it asks my insurance company during EACH appointment request, can't it record it somewhere in my profile? Wait, it's already saved there, but app don't look there.

I had appointment for video consultation. The manager asked me if it's ok for me to wait 5-10 minutes, and I answered that's ok for me. But after 1 hour I am still waiting for the consultation, and I do not see any Cancel button there

Horrible, truly horrible app. There is no option for ID verification via the app, no matter how many permissions were granted, so I had to do it via browser. Even then, a huge issue, because my current passport number obviously doesn't match my expired passport number 🙄 Which is a general knowledge btw. But, well, it is what it is and highly likely this is the best that their developers could do considering their competence 🤭
