Charged me £20 for a GP appointment - had the app open ready for the call - pressed answer, and it cut out immediately. No option to call back or ask questions - called the helpline and was told they'll investigate but nothing they can do unless I pay another £20 for an appointment. Horrendous.

Horrible. My first call I could not hear the doctor at all for 7 minutes. I hanged up expecting he could call me again for the consultation and nothing happened. I have contacted customer service by email requesting my money back, they send me a lot of emails but don't reply to my request sent over a month. I will definitely be raising this with my company.
