★★☆☆☆ The app is primitive compared to competitors. Also, they need to create an app to manage the loan, e.g. make payments.

★★☆☆☆ Not kept up to date. Always says they're waiting for docs sent weeks ago. Doesn't tell you what stage loan in during process. Pretty useless app.
