Adjustment of extra and late hours is vague and often disputed. Why not simply show Extra Hours Clocked and Total Monthly Hours? One star less for the confusion caused. Wish BSNL’s management put this much thought into revenue-generating ideas. SAP CRM is possibly the buggiest PSU app ever, while some offices still run Fox ProDOS apps from the early ’90s. Sad to see such visionless leadership.

If anyone is facing problem while trying to use the app but not app is not connecting to internet kindly edit your internet access point in connection settings ->mobile connection -> access point of sim1/2 then edit ipv6/ipv4 to only ipv4. Problem will be solved.

Login 3 din se nahi ho raha hai. Nobody solving this issue. Otp wala page open hota hai but otp hi nahi aata. Hang type se dikhta hai. Since last 3 days. Resoved now. Thanks.

Sorry but most time it doesn't work when you most need it. Due to overload when any shift about to start it stop working and when you became late to mark attendance. It started working normal 😭

It's not efficient as most of the time correctly during peak attendance marking time between 10 am to 10.30 am there is frequent connection error or server error. In addition with tower locking, in case there is no data coverage it adds to the problem. Have to spend half an hour or more of office time just to keep checking if connection error is rectified.

I want to give 0 Star, but that option is not available, the worst App. Hangs every time. It's for marking Attendance but most of the time delays a lot, full of bugs. Entire waste of sometimes time rajes 5 minutes to 45 minutes. Should be removed from Play store
