The app has a modern and user-friendly interface. However, one important feature is currently missing—the recharge facility. I request that a recharge option be integrated directly into the San char Mitra app to provide users with a seamless and convenient experience. Alternatively, a dedicated application may be developed to replace the existing BSNL Channel (TOP-UP) application, with all essential recharge and related services integrated into the new platform.
