The app doesn't work for 2 months+ already. If I use the web version. It redirects me to the app for various settings, which again, doesn't work and suggests I try the web version. I have never experienced such a bad application. For whoever is reading, do yourself a favor and avoid this provider for any services, it's bad for both personal and business use.

This. Is. the. Most. Useless. App I have ever had. It constantly disconnects, today, I wanted to pay the bill. Guess what? It doesn't work. Like usual, this app is made by idiots. Tnx for nothing orange. You really managed to make the most inconvenient app full of bugs as well. I do not recomand. Just get another supplier for internet etc. in my opinion, don't waste your time with these idiots, such a big company can't make a goddamn app not to bug 24/7. GG

No network in my area I told orange customer care 100 time and customer care said there is no saltution for you and request orange by email please close my contract or change to prepaid but am still waiting 6 month I faceed unstable network not support for WhatsApp call always beep beep in my ear but orange like a dictator not listening me
