Finally, I figured out is working only if you using mobile date not though the Wi-Fi make sure you turn off Wi-Fi before you go log in to the app!!! Would be great if they do it in English too 😄. But overall ok

Absolutely horrible application, every action takes dozens of seconds, and requires instant online connection, sluggish UX, looks like web application was poorly wrapped into android. No English language. 26/04/2024 Additional, both Mi orange applications for Android and Iphone, have blocking restrictions for other countries so It's inconvenient to use it for foreigners, does not support several prepaid lines under the single account. 27/08/204 awful as usual, cannot handle both my contracts.

The service from orange is bad, but the app is fine. I wish the company was better.
