For the past few years, we've been changing internet companies, then finally we found Jazz tel. The right company we wanted. We are happy and satisfied as their client for many years. Aside from that, they almost have everything we wanted, from good offers of internet connection and special offer in having new devices. Apart from the good app, the Jazz tel WhatsApp operators and staffs are very helpful in every aspect of their clients' consultation. Educated and well-mannered. More Power Jazz tel!

Very bad service. I don't recommend Jazz tel. I lost sim card and their client attendance could not renovate it for a month. Also, to get attention you can wait half an hour sometimes, listening to their music. Sadly, their operators are incompetent.

Really bad support, after recommending reset router no other help. No respond in the support chat. No Wi-Fi at home and cannot resolve
