Won't let me upload my documents, when I try to validate my policy it tells me to download the app even though I'm already on it

They are a group of theifts, they canceled my insurance first time and said I added my DoB wrong, then they charged me £120, the second time they said that I submitted a wrong date of Lic and they canceled again and charged me £82!
