App doesn't even work which has been verified by iOS and Android users all complaining of same issue 'invalid credentials' display, so I cannot log in to my own account to auto top up, and now they have emailed me advising my policy will be cancelled in 48hrs & I still can't access the app 💀

Would be a great app, but it's not working properly. At least I can log in, and I can see my balance, but that's all, because whatever option I choose nothing happens. Buttons/options are marked when I click on them, but that's all. In the past I was able to see my journeys and everything, but because of the layout it was hard to see/read what's going on. Especially the journeys was messed up.

It doesn't work for me, having dl the app twice it just won't load properly. I log into my account via the website and can see all my policy info and balance etc. which is fine. Have had to contact customer service a few times while setting up my new policy and have to say they have been very prompt and helpful, issues sorted quickly. Just a shame the app isn't up to scratch, feels like it isn't ready yet.

Feels like an app from 10 years ago, you have to log in with email and password each time, the UI is often unresponsive being unable to click into any options at all making the app functionally broken, feels like a prototype more than a production ready app. Overall it's a shame because if it had a modern feel and functionally had no bugs it would be a great service.
