This is a good simple QR VCode maker. I was going to a business function, realized I forgot cards and download and had this set up in minutes. Great solution. If I could make one note (and take away a star) it would be that the name (when read by an iPhone camera) would only popular the last name of the contact. If this is limited to one name field can it be switched to first name? Can there be an option for a first and last name field or individual fields? Still good app just need more options

Why are there required fields? It should be what I want it to be. Close to what I want but a bit buggy, and forces work phone number field which I don't want. Should add widget for quicker access.
