Useless application to buy train packages, l always added money to buy yellow line packages, but I can't. You can't do anything with this app if there is any problem, it will tell you to go to a nearby station and the station will tell you to go to Phaya Thai station and Phaya Thai station will close 7 Pm exactly and not much convenience for office workers to go to this station after office time 6 Pm. Very bad customer care and management. Other stations have no power to solve problems. So bad.

Crazy slow to open (we are talking about minutes, and not seconds), too many steps to log in, and having to do a KYC, and register your passport, just to use public transportation is of course insane. On top of this, some of the most expensive tickets in the world. Use other means to travel in Bangkok and avoid supporting this greedy company. It’s amazing how one company can undermine the whole public transportation system in Bangkok!

Unable to register without a Thai phone number (I am not a local but a regular visitor). As a result, I cannot add a rabbit card to my smartwatch (garmin) for railway payment or cashless payments for goods and services.
