There are some improvements from the old app, but I was disappointed to find there is nowhere to accept shifts on this app despite that being a feature listed in the description... I was quite excited about that feature too, there could also be a possibility to get notified of shifts nearby or shifts from schools that you've favorite. I feel like adding this feature really shouldn't be that hard?

Very bad experience. Racist company. I applied a casual role here. And after I have provide every detail (references, certificates, private info, etc.)they need, and after I have done their induction, they email me saying the application was unsuccessful without any reason. I asked my consultant, she doesn't know why it's unsuccessful too. The only reason is racism.

The app messes up times and makes it look like my shifts are overlapping one another so I have to get supervisor to contact Randstad in order to record my hours correctly. If I could burn the app I would. Utterly useless and I'm very angry.

That app is a waste of money as well because, still, to pick the shifts, you have to go to the website instead of the app. They must add 3 main In-App features 1) Pick the available shift in the app 2) Direct call option to randstand for those who have problem in picking shifts, or at job, or not able to find the place. 3) live chat option on the business timing. Right now, it's useless app.
