The app is very slow. And after the last update (with the 'new coat of paint'), the welcome screen freezes, and it won't open. Instead of making the app 'prettier', maybe you could make it to run properly (and not to run/load that slow)

The app is insanely slow and crashes on a regular basis. And then when you want to contact the customer service about an issue with hours or wage it is standard to be stuck on wait for 20 to 45 minutes

Once they got all my information, including a picture of my driver's license and ss card they ghosted me. Not a single job, no contact, when I enter my password to log in it says an error occurred. So I can't even send a message. Horrible app. Don't waste your time with this one, they just want your info to sell.
