I am an expat in Kazakhstan, opened my bank account in Rbk, can't register on mobile banking app. No solution for 24 hours. Я эмигрант в Казахстане, открыл свой банковский счет в РБК, не могу зарегистрироваться в приложении мобильного банкинга. Решения нет уже 24 часа.

The bank is not client friendly. They have online banking system, but you simply can not do anything else rather than transaction on the app such as writing petition on behalf of the bank and reveiving it back
