★★★★★ This app is sooooo helpful. The affirmations are a familar sound, the animations are soothing, the breathing exercise slows my heart rate. It all works really well.

★★★★★ It really helps with my anxiety attacks and panic episodes. My only complaint is I find the breathing pattern in the panic pattern to be a little unnatural. It asks you to inhale for a short amount of time, and then exhale for a long time, and then hold it for a long time.

★★★★★ Good overall. I do have one complaint. I really wish the pattern stayed at a steady pace instead of speeding up and slowing down. It's frustrating. Not calming.

★★☆☆☆ The app is simple and easy to use, but I had a moment of extreme panic in the middle of the night, and I was asked to subscribe to the app. When I was tried to customize is to fit my autistic brain, I had to subscribe. If you want us to subscribe to get most of the stuff to help, then DONT SAY THAT ON THE INFO PAGE!! I uninstalled because it did not help me in a moment of panic.
