I don't know what is going on with the system, but I think remote closings are getting delayed. I don't expect to grab every closing but to miss 10 remotes in a day because you were a quarter second slow when they appear seems like there is more going on then just my reflexes. Update 03/18/2021 Looks like the app is starting to work better again closings are not gone in a split second anymore for remotes.

I had trouble with the app not getting notifications. Darren from IT called me, and he went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Darren was so courteous and knowledgeable; he even kept his word when he asked if he could call me back to further investigate the issue. Just in the last couple of days, the volume of my notifications for this app is so low that I can't hear it. If I switch back to the default notification sound on my phone instead of the ones in the app, the volume is normal. I've never had this happen before. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, made sure the volume is all the way up for notifications but still having the same problem. I miss having a specific tone for the Am rock notifications. Maybe it's just my phone.

Darren and Nick were a pleasure to work with to resolve this issue. The problem was fixed quickly. Instructions were very detailed for us non techno operators. They both followed up to make sure I was happy. GO DEVELOPERS!! The app is amazing.

Issues with app functions. I was getting about 4 orders a day and now very slow notifications with my Android. For the past 2 days I have been getting the same Order that I have accepted for the 6th time this morning. What's going on? I love working with Am rock but lately the app has just not been consistent

Errors and bugs. I haven't been able to pick up one signing in over a month. They show up in missed opportunities, but I never actually get a notification. I'm on a brand-new phone, Samsung A11. Not sure what the issue is with this app

I am not switching to Apple!!! I have two Android phones one is Verizon one is AT&T, I had a third phone for a company I worked for it was an apple on AT&T and got a ton of signings that way, I have talked to Jordan at Am rock, and it does depend on the networks not the phones....yeah I disagree!! The only time I get work is if they call me!! I have been a long time Notary for them too!!!! So sad and so not fair!
