I don't know what is going on with the system, but I think remote closings are getting delayed. I don't expect to grab every closing but to miss 10 remotes in a day because you were a quarter second slow when they appear seems like there is more going on then just my reflexes. Update 03/18/2021 Looks like the app is starting to work better again closings are not gone in a split second anymore for remotes.

I had trouble with the app not getting notifications. Darren from IT called me, and he went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Darren was so courteous and knowledgeable; he even kept his word when he asked if he could call me back to further investigate the issue. Am rock, you have a fantastic and valuable asset on your team Darren was spectacular, and he fixed my issue.

Just in the last couple of days, the volume of my notifications for this app is so low that I can't hear it. If I switch back to the default notification sound on my phone instead of the ones in the app, the volume is normal. I've never had this happen before. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, made sure the volume is all the way up for notifications but still having the same problem. I miss having a specific tone for the Am rock notifications. Maybe it's just my phone.

Darren and Nick were a pleasure to work with to resolve this issue. The problem was fixed quickly. Instructions were very detailed for us non techno operators. They both followed up to make sure I was happy. GO DEVELOPERS!! The app is amazing.

I can never get a signing from am rock unless they call me. This app does not work on my android phone. I never get notifications, and I have repeatedly asked for help. And I just get an answer saying oh there's no work in your area. I live in Phoenix for crying out loud. I know there's work here

I am not switching to Apple!!! I have two Android phones one is Verizon one is AT&T, I had a third phone for a company I worked for it was an apple on AT&T and got a ton of signings that way, I have talked to Jordan at Am rock, and it does depend on the networks not the phones....yeah I disagree!! The only time I get work is if they call me!! I have been a long time Notary for them too!!!! So sad and so not fair!

I've selected in the Settings to receive notifications and get the test notification, and I've got the "you're successfully Receiving notifications". But I'm not always getting potential orders. This is getting to be very frustrating. Yesterday alone, I missed three potential orders I would have accepted, but I never got an alert about it. What's going on with this?
