The net was slow. I plan two times this day. It was so annoying my boss got mad with me. Because I don't reply to here messages. How cme o reply I spend much money to plan, but the net is not working its useless

I've been a smart one user since 2001(long time) but I noticed last month that I didn't used my 2 weeks data plan but my data plan ran out immediately. The signal is always been weak. I can't even use fb or watch reels, movies properly cant have a good conversation with family in phils when calls. You can't do anything to give a better service. I had enough using smart one and seems it's time for me to find another network.
