ST Call saves roaming charges for calls to any Hong Kong numbers and for receiving calls from anywhere in the world.
The other party of the call does not have to be a SmarTone subscriber nor does he need to install the ST Call app.
What’s more, when you are in Hong Kong and places where mobile signal is weak or suffers from interference, you can still make and receive calls with ST Call and stay fully connected.

Useful app while traveling overseas to make call to H.K.

Very primitive and basic tel alternative. Cannot paste a tel no to call. Initial setup on Android 8.0.0 was impossible as it hanged again and again after entering all registration details. Had to uninstall and reinstall before setup succeeded. It hangs from time to time after that.

It works with my Samsung S8 (android 8), but it cannot work on my Note10 (android 9). No matter I have connected to Wi-Fi or mobile network, it just says the app cannot sign me up without data connection.
