Description

My Snack Tracker is a tool that helps you track your consumption of empty calories or energy dense, nutrient poor foods and beverages. Unlike other food logs that require you to enter everything you have consumed in a day, this app only asks you to enter food and beverage items we often reach for: snacks. With built-in daily empty calorie targets, My Snack Tracker uses an algorithm to provide you with individualized insight into where your empty calories come from and the number of empty calories consumed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This app supports the methodology to lose weight, improves healthy eating and controls your sugar intake to help you make better food choices and reinforce positive behavior changes.
