I have two feedback. 1. if a selected product is not available at the store selected then it should not be visible in the search results or at least a message should be displayed if the user taps on it. 2. add more features to shopping list, such as being able to select quantities of loose items in 250gm increments and the list should show total cost of all the items in the list. I don't care much for offers but the shopping list is a step in the right direction, needs a bit more

It's very bad experience in shoping period, customer is not knowing the which OFFER available, the counter staff people not explain the details are other staff, and also staff explain to the customer TATA products how useful and best, another issue is don't allow the other company products, already FED-UP the other company products, tq for leasining my words.

Very horrible User experience, I am getting a blank screen even after uninstalling and installing the app again. When trying to contact customer care using a chatbot, it closes the conversation as soon as I select the complaint option.
