Works, but not getting RS status. Still slow (10 to 20sec till vehicle does anything). The battery Check is way off, and it always shows my vehicles are unlocked.

Horrible...this app was great until I downloaded the new update. My truck starts on its own and won't start in the mornings before work.I contacted customer support with no luck or fix in site. I need this for the winter.I will changing my system out.I would not buy this product Update. Jan 25.2022. Still horrible...during prime time hours It's hard to start the truck... the Dorset even tell you if the truck is not started. They really need to work on this !!!

Tried starting my wife's car and nothing. I told her not to update. Can't start, open doors or lock my truck or her car now. But mine never really worked well on my truck from the start. Worked 55-60% of the time. Usually when I didn't need it lol

Latest update broke the remote start function. Had to download an older version to get the remote start function back.
