Description

My Start Romagna is the app that allows to book and to utilize the special transportation services and the on call services available in the Romagna area. After the registration it is possible to see the services active in your own area and then keep going with the booking, to get information in real time about the vehicle’s position and about the forecasted waiting time. Thanks to MY START it is possible to utilize the public transportation service with all the comfort and the flexibility of an on call service. By using the app it is possible to proceed to the payment of the booked services. In event of passengers with reduced mobility the app allows the booking of vehicles equipped for wheelchairs.

If I could, I gave 0 stars. This company is just a joke. They do not have anyone speaking proper English. I want to go somewhere with my family. They told me I have to install they app for each member of my family. My 4yrs old son don't even have a phone. None of the apps mentioned on their website allows you to buy a daily ticket. Just a single tickets are available. I'm not even mention their time of response through helpline. Totally not recommend. You have been warned. I'm in Rimini area.
