About My Synovus - The My Synovus App is free to download. Use of the My Synovus app requires your mobile service provider’s data and/or text plan for which charges may apply. - You can sign in on the app using your existing My Synovus username and password or enroll via the link from the app’s login page. - You may also be asked to answer security questions and/or receive a one-time passcode to login. - The My Synovus App is suited for ages 13 and up. Minors ages 13 and older have limited access to services within the app.

*Account Transaction Limitations for Savings and Money Market Accounts – Savings and Money Market accounts may have no more than six (6) debit transactions per month or monthly statement cycle. Unlimited transactions are permitted if made by the customer in person, by mail, through an ATM or by phone if the check is mailed to the customer. I've had some problems with the mobile app in the past year. I constantly use this app almost daily because I shop online, and I keep up with what's going on and out of my account. I wrote down my username and password but one day I couldn't log in to the app. It says an error with my password which I know is correct but after calling customer service I have to change my password. All is good after that until one day it happens again. I think this app needs to be tweaked a little bit, please.

It doesn't allow payments to all synods accounts. I have to log in a separate account through a browser. The app is useless

I have recurring payments taken out which will not let me unmask the box. I NEVER authorize any of them. Whent to the bank was told there was nothing they can do. Was told that it is coming from overseas. Can they not be blocked from doing it again? Both have the same routing numbers. The app won't let me uncheck the box. I have taken the app off and put it back on. How can I get them to stop stealing my money again and again fix my app. They have my bank account numbers!!! That is the banks
