How many times have I waited outside the door, hoping that the app would work, so I could go and train? Only to leave and drive 30 minutes home again because the app had crashed for some unknown reason? This evening, I'm trying to book an online course, but the application crashes and suggests I send an error message to the developer. I accept, and it opens the Samsung menu to send a .png... but to whom? And how? Even the bug report is screwed up!

A lookout of bugs: I installed the app around 3 weeks ago, and I was unable to check my reservations and browse the classes at three occasions already. The app is so buggy that I am even considering not renewing my subscription at the gym club.
