First time use, just started to use it, so far it's been a very quick and easy setup

I can't even get in. I've entered the PIN code I set, and it tells me it's wrong. There is a statement below PIN entry that asks "Did you forget your PIN code?" but it is not a link to anywhere. So, I am stuck with no options to get into the app. Developers, could you please fix this? I apparently need to reset my PIN, but the app provides no ability to do that.

It's not possible to register on the app - it doesn't send a confirmation code to email, and CMD doesn't work either. Useless.

I have a problem all the time the app crashes I did install and uninstall few times doesn't work. Very disappointing app.
