Every time I try to open app, it says it's loading, but it is not opening. I have to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work, very annoying

I can't even get in. I've entered the PIN code I set, and it tells me it's wrong. There is a statement below PIN entry that asks "Did you forget your PIN code?" but it is not a link to anywhere. So, I am stuck with no options to get into the app. Developers, could you please fix this? I apparently need to reset my PIN, but the app provides no ability to do that.

Just terrible, login fails all the time, most of the time the verification code is not received and support is just a bot telling to uninstall and install again.
