Can't open the app since the August 11 update. It's been five days, and there's still no fix. Honestly, I'm quite disappointed with how slowly an issue like this is being addressed, especially when it affects access to the app. That said, please take the time you need to properly identify and resolve the problem. Hopefully, a fix will come soon.

Uses a subsidiary of Entrust to verify identity. Entrust has a history of abusing its position (may not be its fault) and was banned by Google for repeated untrustworthy behavior. In general IC data should not be exported outside your country for processing because you lose control of it when it does. It's possible that leaks of IC data sets come from these activities as it us an unprovable crime and profitable. So there is a high incentive for such activity.
