There needs to be a more straight word way to register date of birth. Not everyone would be able to use the current system without aggravating an RSI 😒

Aster are responsive when I ask for a repair to my house & the repair men are polite, but their degree of professionalisms do vary between them. Other than that, I'm very happy with Asta housing as a service 👍👍

One star! Because I can't put none! Live chat not working, no one answers the damn fone. And as for repairs!!! I've been waiting since Oct/Nov, so they can get not 1 NOT 2 but now a THIRD quote. Time to get Local Authority and maybe the local paper. Grade 2 listed building being bodged and allowed to run down. It's a money pit that's all. Your Aster are quick enough in collecting rent and ignoring repair issues.

I just think Aster don't explain the amounts owing properly. Ie with a minus does that mean I owe it ? Because currently I'm up-to-date with payments but showing minus. Please, Aster, show the breakdown in laymans terms. What seems obvious to you isn't to me. Please put Paid if paid.and owing if owing. AND please put next bill due by date!!

Cant see documents not able to open so why it's the option there ?. Can't send a message the option isn't there but the envelope is with message. Hard to log in often the site not accepting password even I just had to put new one ... The account goes so far only but it's a rent, and it should be seen from the start of tenancy. Not many options there no options for sending emails. Like I said the messages not working when u click on it. Overall not a good app should be there more options and stuff

Can't even log in and when it says I have it's without a password and when I try and set a new password it doesn't let me
