I think if your ISP service was sucked, you should complain to the CS not at the apps review, because the app itself is OK snappy, and the service in here Kabupaten Semarang is stable, hey I won't protest much because I pay 445k per month for In-home 100Mbps, biznet give me the same speed with only 165k.

Understandable that once in a while internet connection is poor or completely down, but when it happened you'll need a fast response. That's exactly Biznet doesn't have. While the complains status turned to "in progress" just in 10 minutes, the internet was down more than 4 hours with no explanations. Like people say, it works when it works.

App not working properly, needed to reopen 2 3 times in order to access the app and everything seems to be on error, failed syntax, etc. slow response in action. I already waited for 3 days to fix my connection still no action.

This ISP is the WORST ISP In INDONESIA. Don't ever Use it. The Connection very slow, that using old 14.4 kbps modem still Can Beat it. If you already used it, better change it into an other ISP. The technical service also not competent, only 1 magic Word they know, please reset your router and wait 10 minutes, maybe the connection become better. As long as I know, other ISP NEVER told user to reset the router as long as the connection is okay, or you paid them. Yg

This app is not helpful all. You still have to contact CS for extending subscription. It won't automatically extend, although you already made the payment successfully. You still have to waste your time contacting and waiting the payment to be processed manually. IT company They call it. Every year I still have to go through CS for extending subscription.
