As a client for 20 years now I am very satisfied with the service of A1. Good roaming, perfect network coverage, fast internet, good offers. The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay 140 Bulgarian lev for loosing one box of a router. The contract ending politics are ridiculous. So I think that's what most people are complaining from. But I don't think A1 have any issues regarding the service they offer. It's good and the prices for the services are correct. The app is working ok.

The app is good enough but not exceptional. It's often down for maintenance at night, so you can't check anything during that time. Also, the chatbot is rather basic, summarizing existing info available on the website anyway, and cannot answer more detailed queries. Managing the home Wi-Fi (changing the name or password) is also problematic, but then you have to pay extra for services through an operator for the same thing. So, overall, an average app with limited capabilities and a few bugs.

Every time I add money, it automatically activates a package and takes all the money. Very impolite people in their offices, tried few different offices same story, awful

When something goes wrong, expect to not get attention and when you finally do it's going to be your fault. As I am tinkering all day with the router for it to not receive internet connection. Terminating every contract with this company.

I can't use Netflix at all because if there isn't Bulgarian audio and subtitles for movies offered! I think that it is not good for Bulgarian customers and image, it is a shame! I am forced to watch movies in Creation, it is a shame!
