TINY APP.. PERFECT EXPORT ! Exports bookmarks to SD card.... then you can send or share them via email or text.. as well as send them to yourself.

Simple, worked Exported all my Chrome bookmarks to an HTML file readable by almost anything. No folders created, but who cares? It did export all the bookmarks in those folders into a flat list. Imports into IE8, Opera. So far, so good :-D.

It does not work on Android Pie so tried it on Oreo. It fails to export any bookmarks.

Apparently it only exports a percentage of bookmarks from the stock browser
only. It exported just 6 links from the 16 bookmarks I had in my stock
Internet browser, saving them to an html file on the device instead of the
SD card. It did not ask or attempt to export the hundreds I have in my
Firefox Android browser.
