MyBorderPass is simple, practical, and much easier to use compared with MyNIISe. Once registered, I can access the QR code quickly in about 2 to 3 steps, which is exactly what travelers need at immigration. The app feels more focused and less complicated. It does not add unnecessary friction when all I need is a QR code to pass through smoothly. Please keep this app available and improve from this simpler approach instead of making the process harder.

Very easy to use and convenient compared to using physical passport to go through custom. It takes barely 10 seconds for you to succeed. Just scan the QR code, enter the gate, scan your face, and you're done. I love it, especially when not a lot of people use this, means no queue. A very good example is when you arriving in KLIA2: international and lots of queuing up on the right to go through custom using physical passport on the right-hand side, you can just use MyBorderPass and go through

Downloaded on 14th of August 2025. Right at the beginning I was quite reluctant to use it. Until recently been seeing too many foreigners European and chinese people are using the old scanning machine. It affected all local malaysians when departing or arriving. With My Border Pass is only eligible for Malaysians which is very convenient and fast. Took 3 mins to download and verify all my information then took me 3s to pass through.

Useless app. My Vivo Y28s 5G android phones don't have NFC, and after scanning and displaying my correct Malaysian passport details, it cannot proceed past the Passport NFC Scan page 2/3 as it will always prompt' your device does not support NFC' and show' Unsuccessful '. Yet this app say it can be used on all devices and no longer limited to NFC phones ? What a big joke ! So don't waste your time to try to register your passport using this app if your phone don't have NFC.

Terrible poor service. Tried to register my passport many times but always failed, with message -unable to retrieve passport photo. Sent email to them yet no reply .poor communication and zero support.
