Even with its issues it was the best banking app & very user-friendly. The replacement (youBrd) is horrible !

Works well, gets the job done, except when paying a bill. My client code for some bills contain a dot "." and because of that, the app says there is an error for my client code ("Client code field type error."). Because of this, I can't pay my bill. EDIT 2021.06.15: This issue is fixed now

They're terminating an app that works just fine and looks great, in order to replace with a new app that looks dull, confusing and has plenty of flaws, thanks for nothing BRD!

Besides, seing how much money you have in your account it is mostly useless and also the worst designed banking app I have ever seen.
The application is absolutely catastrophic, extremely outdated, with limited functions, and extremely frequent errors. For two years, I have made numerous complaints, but it seems BRD is possibly too arrogant to take customers' feedback into consideration. The worst among all the banking apps I have. Don’t waste your time with complaints; after a long wait, customer support doesn't even understand the issues raised, and they are not capable of behaving decently.

It notifies you of some of your transactions, days after you've made them. Transaction history starts to get lost after approximately a week. Sometimes it does NOT ask me to pass any kind of security check when I make online payments.
