Update: Cust Service reached out and told me how to reset it. It now works great! When I set up my cameras I used my friends' internet to set them in place. These are the Cobra Wi-Fi cameras with audio. Now I can't get back into the account since I had an issue with the phone I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now I have internet and can't get it to recognize my account. No place to call for help or even a link for help.

Per Your response below; I have submitted an email support request as advised. > Jan. 15, 2026 App stopped sending Notifications; even though they're enabled in App, and Phone Notifications. Is there a compatability glitch in the Matrix ?🤔 Otherwise, it's been a great Security supplement to a Waze Camera System. Oddly, a few moments after sending you the email, the App started sending Notifications again !!! AI is in charge, IDK.🤔 Welcome to the Matrix🐈 Going back to 5☀️'s from one💪

I get notifications but can't change the notification sound. I get the same sound I use for text alerts. I look at the screen to see where alerts coming from. Edit: fixed. Phone settings, notifications, adv sett, manage notify categories was turned off, turned on. Back to settings, my cam, I now see notification categories. Sound can be changed. EDIT: alerts coming in 45 min to 1 hour after motion detected. Box came up "this app has a bug empty cache & try again" Uninstalling, what now?

Works great, but lately I am receiving a wrong password message. How do I reset my password.

I'm so frustrated with this app! I don't know if it's the cameras I or the app itself. I get notifications of events but when I go to view them it always says there's nothing, which I KNOW isn't true! I can see the recordings on my monitor at home. But that doesn't help me when I'm not at home, and I'm getting all these notifications saying there's movement!! Like what gives??? I used to be able to use this app about a year and a half ago with no issues really. Please fix this!

Cameras do exactly what they are supposed to do, however it makes no sense to me why you haven't developed a PC app! With solid state memory and fiber connection I could easily assign it to full time memory of each camera beautifully displayed on a multi monitor system. Being on the phone is handy, but cumbersome and sometimes inconvenient due to lack of service or connection. This has been out long enough to develop, but maybe I'm shouting at a wall!
