Update: Cust Service reached out and told me how to reset it. It now works great! When I set up my cameras I used my friends' internet to set them in place. These are the Cobra Wi-Fi cameras with audio. Now I can't get back into the account since I had an issue with the phone I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now I have internet and can't get it to recognize my account. No place to call for help or even a link for help.

I get notifications but can't change the notification sound. I get the same sound I use for text alerts. I look at the screen to see where alerts coming from. Edit: fixed. Phone settings, notifications,adv sett, manage notify categories was turned off, turned on. Back to settings, my cam, I now see notification categories. Sound can be changed. EDIT: alerts coming in 45 min to 1 hour after motion detected. Box came up "this app has a bug empty cache & try again" Uninstalling, what now?

Had a problem which were not written on the Manual on how to reset Password. Reply from developer guided me to the proper course of actions. It was successful to know the process of rebooting if Password is not remembered.

It doesn't give your event when viewing the notification of motion detection to view doing this since we installed it with our wireless cobra security camera

Really upset with this app everything works, but it is not sending notifications to my phone it used to, and now it doesn't and cannot figure it out

I'm so frustrated with this app! I don't know if it's the cameras I or the app itself. I get notifications of events but when I go to view them it always says there's nothing, which I KNOW isn't true! I can see the recordings on my monitor at home. But that doesn't help me when I'm not at home, and I'm getting all these notifications saying there's movement!! Like what gives??? I used to be able to use this app about a year and a half ago with no issues really. Please fix this!
