My experience with the My Case app has been great. It has provided a way for me keep organization of court documents, notes from my attorney, laws I've noted, saved to the app for later use on a case or for my attorney. Let's face it, attorneys may not know every helpful law to use to help your case, so sometimes we have to study, find helpful laws ourselves to pass on to our attorneys. They can all be found here. Docs can be confusing, get lost, not here in My Case. Talk to your attorney in My Case

Giving this 2 stars right now because the app is extremely glitchy, making it almost unusable. When replying to messages, it freezes and crashes; information is cut off and only displays partial title information. I've been a user for quite some time and love the system overall, however I am considering finding a different management system due to all the bugs and issues.

I love My Case. You would think I were an MC salesman with the way I talk about it. But, with the most recent "update," notifications don't work anymore. Client sends a message, nothing. Client uploads a doc, nothing. Set up a SOL notification? Too bad. This needs to be fixed. That's a basic functionality of a mobile app.

I discovered my attorney helped his cousin in divorce she suddenly wanted. Found attorney I was impressed. No secretary. I didn't get email 1st day from "my case". Delayed my own case months so I tried to help "my case" so it wouldn't happen to anyone else and see if their servers were down or attorney messed up. They referred back to my attorney. Now I'm over 2 years behind. All he did was alert both. Stay completely away from any attorney that uses it in my opinion!!! 0 stars!

Horrendously glitchy. Horrible delay when trying to use the text feature. Can barely access any information on case details. Don't even have an option to access case details on a lead. Can't access the actual mailbox. Ultimately have to use web browser which logs you out on your desktop. And if you're an ios user, you can't even properly add anything to the calendar. Android is okay with calendar, but that's about it. Why even have an app?
