Really hard to deposit mobile checks. I am handicapped and find it difficult to take pix of the checks I need to deposit. Also don't drive so have to use the mobile feature. In all other ways the app is very handy.

Great credit union, horrible app. The app has so many pop-ups it causes log-in and log-out issues, there is no dark mode or the ability to use system settings, many of the menus are convoluted and difficult to navigate. The app seems stuck in the 90s, which stinks because the credit union is so good outside the app.

If you use this App on more than one device/network you risk having your account placed on HOLD by their fraud dept. It is extremely difficult to get a Hold removed as they are not cooperative to give you access to your money. You must then resort to taking legal action to regain access to your money. Use extreme caution regarding this risk.

Very un-user friendly! Check deposit difficult! Tried 15 times before check was accepted. Also, the checks were put into the wrong account.
