Hate it. Not easy to navigate like the older app. Am I missing something, can't even bill pay???

This app is inconsistent in opening. I use it frequently to pay bills. It 'times out' before it can open to the home page. My phone and the app itself are up-to-date, and I have even tried reinstalling it to see if that helps. Frustrating, because I don't want to call the bank to move money. Make your app work better! It's my money, and it should be there when I need it.

I have to either restart my phone or delete and redownload the app every time I want to deposit a check, and about every other time I want to check my balance.

Every time I try to use this app I become totally frustrated because something goes wrong. I then have to go into the credit union to fix it, and then it still goes wrong again. I have never had difficulty with any other app. I don't keep much money, so I say I'm going to withdraw it and deposit it in another credit union. I don't think they'd miss me, and I won't miss their app.

Garbage sometimes my password will work, and it will let me in and then other times it won't and keep saying log in failed when I have my freaking password written down in my book. And it doesn't save my password like it should. I have it turn on to save my password, but it doesn't it makes me put it in
