Best Credit Union I have ever known. 64 year young I am, and GCSCU keeps track on me and puts limitations on my needing loans. I have always paid past loans on time with no problem. My life stays the same but limitations on loans while I watch my home fall apart. Thanks GCSCU VP'S in appreciation

Updated review: Love that I can access EVERYTHING from the app. And if I have any issues, .... The Brevity team is a chat or call away, and they always provide amazingly professional service. I actually have been a GCS/Brevity member for 12 years now. So my loyalty lies with Brevity Credit Union. I have never been treated better by another company or bank. Hands down, best bank/credit union in the Central Illinois area! Heck, in all of ILLINOIS! thanks, Brevity Team.

Bad update! It's not user-friendly like it was! Everything is small. Looking at a checking account you can't tell what is going in and out. It just looks like a mess. Please go back to something like the old app. Please!

New Samsung S25 Ultra. -Has a bug with this app, and it closes every time while attempting to log in. Help!

★☆☆☆☆ Alex Miller · Jul 22, 2025

This is still an issue. How does a bank not have a workable mobile app in 2025? Just nonstop Webpage Timeout issues. It's really just the initial load that always fails. Once it actually loads, browsing around is fine. Please, fix yo app.
