The app is generally fine, but you really need to get 24-hour people to talk to at least for fraud detection. When it's cleared with the auto call, we still have to talk to a human, and sometimes I have to wait a whole weekend for that. All banks and other credit unions have 24-hour service for at least fraud detection.

Not enjoyable. Forced us to change this app with almost no notice. Savings getting changed to the top was a mistake. Everything is gray only difference between a positive and a negative is a tiny minus. Harder to use multiple accounts if you have them. The login is a mess. Going in to the branch right now is probably all full of old people confused awful might be time for me to flip banks finally. After more use I have found further issues. Making a payment is horrendous.

Every time I try to log into the app it says I have no Internet connection, and I have Internet connection. Please fix
