Comments on MyCHELCO for Android

This is a simple but multifunctional app that allows you to pay your bill and report outages.

★★★★☆ Stacey Monk · Dec 7, 2021

It would be better without the convenience fee. It makes it easier sometimes than driving to the business and paying it when you're busy. Overall it's ok

★☆☆☆☆ Richard Mann · Oct 17, 2018

It was better before the crappy update. Seems like they wanted it to be less informative. Lost access to ourage info, usage info got cut in half. Is the same developer who put together the Obamacare website building this crappy UI? And how the hell do you justify taking AMEX @ the counter, but not on the app? It keeps saying my card # is missing digits. Chelco better be glad they are the only game in town, because otherwise this joke of a utility company would be out of business.

I've been a chelco customer for 22 yrs having own home and 2 rentals A meter infraction occurred at a rental unknown to us now chelco is denying service to the other rental until a $3475 infraction fee is played. I'm a senior citizen 74yrs and can't afford that. Rental are a necessary part of my quality of life modest lifestyle is this legal

Installed app. Tried to log in but keeps saying error and site not available. It was supposed to be easy. Easy, fast, no hassle blah.blah...blah. Fix it or remove it. It literally makes the most patient customer into a raging, fowl mouthed, heartless psychopath. Children, spouses, and anyone (who just happens to be within ear f.king radius) are left in the fetal position, shaking violently from the actions of the customer, who has now decided to end their own life. All because your App
