My Citroën berlingo van YK73EMO, the Bluetooth never remembers the phone now and the spring clock +1 hour never keeps set, not happy as my main dealer tells me an update is £170 even though its under warranty until December.

The app is slow, but the user manual feature is infuriating. My car is registered—they even know its exact color—so why do I have to scroll through every model except mine? Finding my ë-Berlingo manual takes 15–30 minutes, guessing between "Berlin go" or "Berlin go - Berlin go van," then sorting 4 identical icons. Tapping the manual button should open my car's manual directly. It's not rocket science—how can you mess it up this much?

This app really is totally useless. It very rarely connects to the car, and even when it does - the app provides limited and very inaccurate information. It does not show the services done by the main dealer, and currently says that my 2023 C3 Air cross has done 1.3 BILLION miles. And before Citroën reply and ask me to fill in their forms - I have ready done that ! The app gives a very poor impression of Citroën's technical capability - and that they can't sort it out speaks volumes !
