This app is still great for what it is. For the one-star reviews: if you're going to be in a situation where you're in a line, maybe queue it up before you get to the register? I imagine this app is meant to be a back-up for your physical ID which you should **HAVE** anyway. Adulting isn't always easy but an ounce of prevention... Also of course it's a process to verify your identity. I wouldn't want to use it if we're the opposite. 5 🌟's still.

Why won't more places accept digital I'd like the jails for creating accounts or adding money or even visiting Denver County jail will not accept a digital ID when it's just as good as an ID right.?

Like many I want to like and use this app itll be nice occasionally but if the app even opens, it just crashes out even before anything shows up on the screen which I'd say 50/50. Then itll require login and code. That code has taken like hours to receive. There have been multiple times itll say I don't have an account. I just want the right people to fix this constantly failing app.

This was a great 5-star app, but recently, I have not been able to use it. Every time I bring it up, it crashes & freezes on the opening screen. I have uninstalled it twice. Both times after reinstalling it, it worked, but only the first 2 times. It used to be trustworthy. It would consistently open with my fingerprint every single time. This year, I switched to an S25 Ultra from an S22 Ultra, and I don't think it makes a huge difference, but it doesn't seem to work on S25 Ultra.

The frustration of colorado government is now accessible on the go. Was okay but now is frustrating. Logs me out. Now it keeps saying "something went wrong. Please try again" I know for a fact it is the right password and username. Stick with your hard copies
