Anything lower than 5 stars is being picky against an organization that helps impoverished children. If anyone can develop a better app than this please present it to Compassion. I have NO problem navigating, and I have had NO problems receiving letters. Are a few places I could see improvement IF I were picky. I'm not, and the kids get their letters. I used compassion decades ago before they even had apps! I wrote by hand! 🤣 Cumbersome? Ha! Write by hand and tell me what cumbersome really is!

Terrible, can't even login with this new version. Before that, the prayer reminder had stopped working and most days I couldn't even view the prayer - It was random. The beta My Compassion app at least works

My sponsored child isn't in my list to write a letter to. The app keeps crashing when I try to pull up archived letters.
