Anything lower than 5 stars is being picky against an organization that helps impoverished children. If anyone can develop a better app than this please present it to Compassion. I have NO problem navigating, and I have had NO problems receiving letters. Are a few places I could see improvement IF I were picky. I'm not, and the kids get their letters. I used compassion decades ago before they even had apps! I wrote by hand! 🤣 Cumbersome? Ha! Write by hand and tell me what cumbersome really is!

Does not work after recent updates. I'm currently on 4.7.1 and after logging in, the app seems fine. When I return later all I get is a full white screen with a feedback option at the bottom. Nothing else. Clearing cache and data works once then back to white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled works once then back to white screen. The latest update broke the app. Edit: June 5th and the app still does not work. Now on version 4.7.2 and white screen issue remains.

Won't let me log in to my account. Have to do a reset every time I try to access. It's getting old. Thought the log in bugs were fixed. Guess not. Getting to the point that I'm going to just stop trying. Its become very hard to write to the child because of it. I love the organization, but the app is garbage.
