I can't see my son's appointments anymore. Nor can I see his appointments at Texas Children's in Houston. The app gets worse with each update.

Can never sign in! Always say there's an error. I try to reset my password it lets me in just long enough to check things then the next time I try to sign in I have to reset it again. And it never texts me the verification code.....it tells me it does & shows my phone number, but I never receive it. Have to go through email to verify & that's a pain. Please just fix it so I can sign in.

Super glitchy, i hsve to change my password every time I try to log in. It's ridiculous to have to do this just to get into an app
